I have been doing video (camera) consultation over the last 6 months, but nothing will replace Face to face consultation. Just like online shopping. Just like this bunch of flowers - you cannot tell the depth. Although COVID restriction is easing, let's still talk on the phone first. I can arrange a face to face appointment within a few days, if not the same day.
E-referral and e-scripts are available - and often, I may ask you to do the investigation before we meet physically.
